People have been asking us about the dress code and being confused by our "Smart Casual" comment. So...
We would like people to be smart. Generally fellas in a suit and nice shirt and the ladies in pretty outfit. However, fellas don't need to wear a tie and can take there jacket off. As we have been told by someone this is more "smart but down a notch".
Obviously the rest of teh weekend (so not Saturday afternoon and evening) is your normal thing. Whatever that might be :-)
